From the warm welcome and free glass of Madeira to the complimentary drink after dinner this is a slick operation. The owner does nothing other than look and direct his troops to make for perfect service. There was also a carte menu, premium menu and tourist menu for 17:90euro. Don't think you are getting less with the tourist menu. My food was exquisite and the steak on the stone was best I've seen and tasted.The bill for three came to 90euro and we have worked out that to try and save money we can have a half descent meal out for 70euro or we can have a great meal for 100euro with tip.This restaurant needs to be part of your repertoire on a visit to Madeira.
